Gift Wrap

I wrap each product with a box and ribbon. Each piece also comes with a card naming the materials used and describing the stones magical properties.

Payment methods
You can place your order via our secure online server using your credit card (Visa, MasterCard). You can also use our system to pay with PayPal. Your order will be processed and prepared for shipping once the PayPal payment clears.

Applicable sales tax will be charged for all orders shipping within California. Customers with orders shipped internationally are responsible for all duties and taxes.

Custom/Special orders
Bridal jewelry, different stones, different metal, special sizing... we welcome custom orders, please contact with any requests. Once a design is agreed upon, your piece should ship within 4 weeks unless otherwise advised. Please note that custom and special orders are a final sale.

Return/exchange policy
We gladly take returns or exchanges for all items as long as they are returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn and in perfect condition. We do require that you email ( for pre-approval so that we can quickly make the transaction for you. Returns shipped without pre-approval will not be accepted. Returns must be shipped in a sturdy box by any traceable shipping service. Johanna Torell is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Refund does not include any shipping charges. Custom order sales are final. We are sorry, but items purchased through other retail stores are non-returnable to us. Please contact the store that you purchased your item at for their return policy.

We are happy to repair your jewels should any damage occur to them. A repair fee will be charged if the damage is due to anything except a defect in the item. We do require that you email ( for pre-approval so that we can quickly make the repair for you. Please ship the jewelry in a sturdy box by any traceable shipping service. Johanna Torell is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging can not be accounted for.

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days. Please note that with the state of the global pandemic, orders may arrive later than usual.
